Yes, I'm One of Those Annoying Morning People

TBH, I've never been one to stay up late. Even through my 20's my late night stay up-ability was pretty poor. At 1000PM the kitchen has closed and by 1030PM the last drinks were still in their glasses, the music was off, the emergency lights on and the doors were locked.
But boy, could I wake up in the morning! I'll wake the shit out of every morning with a huge smile on my face, ready for the world!
Before the alarm, 6AM, 5AM, 4AM, the earlier the better really. I found this out about myself early, so whenever I had to cram for a test, I would sleep at 7 or 8PM (sometimes earlier) and get up 1 or 2AM and study. It worked for me, your mileage may vary.
Don't ask my why, it's just how my Circadiam Rhythm runs and seemingly how it's alway run.
Fast forward to now, and being a morning person has never served me better. I have almost 3 teenagers and with the late night gaming antics of my son and gossip sessions around my daughter and her friends; both easily surpassing 3-4AM in the morning (regularly) there is no hope in hell I'd be able to be out last them for some peace and quiet of my own.
So, when I get up at 4AM which seems to be the sweet spot lately, I have over 3 hours to myself (almost double that on the weekends) to do whatever I want . And what is it that I do in that time? That's for the next post.
Oh and btw, if you're curious, I'm usually asleep by 9-930PM and get just under 6 hours of sleep. I don't know if that's good or bad, it's just what my body seems to only need. It's actually pretty hard for me to sleep in unless I've gone out the night before.
I know it kinda seems like a weird flex, but if you're getting on in age, and your kids are starting to get online, maybe think about ditching your late night habits in favour for early morning glories. Behave now!
PS: the pic is @ 6AM!
